Software Engineer with experience supporting both internal transformation initiatives and client-facing projects across software engineering, application support, and test leadership. Contributed to the design and delivery of Teams Power Apps, including calendar and leave approval solutions, with involvement in filtering logic, Dataverse integration, QA testing, UML/ERD design, wireframing, and UI/UX research.
 
Developed and presented AI and sustainability-focused prototype concepts, including leading the technical analysis and development of a Copilot Studio agent designed to gather and analyse client data for a graduate programme module, generate recommendations, and support reporting through structured and sentiment-based analysis, delivered as pitch decks.
 
On client projects, delivered web CRM enhancements for a sports charity using WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, while producing technical artefacts and supporting client discussions on technical solution direction. Provided hyper care support within the Civil Service using legacy .NET/C# and SQL, including hyper care and operational support, and most recently served as a Performance Test Engineer on a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP transformation, owning performance testing strategy, designed distributed test architecture, documentation, technical analysis, stakeholder alignment, reverse engineering of existing testing script artefacts, argument/exception handling, client workshop delivery, and quality assurance support across the SDLC.
